CANCELLATION POLICY
Hello, lovely! Thank you for booking I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this time frame can be rescheduled without charge, each appointment slot impacts my business, cancellations (without being rescheduled) will be charged 50% of the original appointment fee. Not rescheduling canceled appointments & No-shows will be charged a rate of 100% of the service. If you'd like designs please consult me before booking so I can price you and book enough time for your service. < ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRAS (unless getting serviced together) OR CHILDREN ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are late. You will Have a 15min grace period. After that your appointment WILL be canceled. If you feel that you need more time Or need to reschedule PLEASE CONTACT ME and make me aware. I understand unexpected things can happen, so I try to be considerate and understanding of your time.
